With involvement in a wide range of projects for both public and private sector entities, Ms. Zimmer prepares specifications and conducts quality assurance reviews of design projects. As a licensed contractor, Farshid Mohseni offers cost estimates for repair recommendations, calculates allocation breakdowns, and opines on standard of care for litigation support. As a seasoned architect with over 35 years of experience, he is actively involved in various project delivery methods, construction methodology, and all aspects of a design project plan document development for a variety of complex building types.
